The WISE Women's Resource Center will host its 5th Annual Wellness Retreat on October 11, 2019, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Bluefield Elks Club in Bluefield, West Virginia. The retreat is a day geared towards promoting wellness and a healthy lifestyle for the women in our community. All women in our area are encouraged to attend this event. Each year, the Retreat offers activities centered around the mind, body, and spirit and provides local businesses the opportunity to grow their client base. 

Guest speakers will present information on a wide range of topics including journaling, stress management, healthy food choices and more. Meditation techniques and dancing activities are planned, as well as pampering stations, free health screenings, and a healthy lunch. 

The event will offer registration for 75 attendees. 

The cost to register is $10.  

Sponsorships available to cover the registration fee for those in need.
