West Virginia Community Services, Inc. (dba WISE Women in Search of Empowerment) opened in 2004 because there was a need for services to empower women to reach economic independence through a network of professional attire and tools that would develop women to reach their goals in life and work to be successful.
Connie Saunders, President, Wendy Philpott, Vice President, and Gray Peretti, Secretary Treasurer began
with research on how other organizations accomplish similar services.
We are a not for profit agency which works to receive donations of professional attire and along with other developmental tools, support women as they reach economic independence through interviewing for a job and continues to grow and strive through relationships with other successful women.

We are located at 511 Commerce Street, Bluefield, WV and a second location at 304 Federal Street,Suite 207, Bluefield, WV.

Our hours of operation are 10_3:30, MTF, and 11-5 on WT.
